Due to the increasing concern with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Black’s Glass will be modifying our showroom hours and procedures beginning Monday, April 27th, and until further notice. This is an effort to minimize person to person contact and keep everyone safe.
If you have an item to pick up, please call ahead and pay over the phone with a credit card. Let our staff know what time you will arrive, and we will place your item on a rack outside of our front door. If you are picking up a large item, we will have someone ready to meet you outside and help you load the item in your vehicle.
If you are dropping off an order, please call ahead with a time that you will be here. We will take your information over the phone, and you can leave your item on the rack outside of the front door. If it is a large item, please let our staff know and we will be prepared to assist you.
You are more than welcome to place an order, with the understanding that we cannot give lead times for the orders right now.
If you have a delivery, including USPS, UPS, FEDEX, please knock on the door. If there is an associate available, they will meet you at the door.
With our top priority being health and safety, we will continue to monitor and follow advice from the CDC and other governmental authorities. This may include a full shut down.
